Job Summary
Key responsibilities
📍Source and foster new qualified leads (institutional and professional clients) and establish strong prospect business cases 📍Further develop presence in the Swiss market by attending conferences, understanding the regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network, enhancing Crypto Finance’s market position 📍Employ a systematic sales process with CRM-guided pipeline and prospect management 📍Work with internal and external stakeholders to convert leads into prospects, prioritising efforts to anticipate and ensure appropriate responses to prospect needs 📍Contribute to the sales pipeline for digital asset services with a focus on custody, trading, and staking 📍Activate and leverage your network with banks in Switzerland and/or the European Union 📍Further develop service offering by providing prospect feedback and market intelligence 📍Collaborate with account management regarding opportunities in the existing client base, including cross-selling of services, marketing activities, and events 📍Further develop and implement business and sales strategies 📍Develop new sales channels, platforms, and partnerships
Requirements
What we are looking for 📍A motivated individual with 3-5 years of institutional sales track record in a bank, custodian, financial data company, or similar 📍Affinity for networking and building new commercial relationships 📍Experienced in relationship building with banks and asset managers 📍Strong interpersonal skills and a team player 📍A passion for blockchain technology and digital assets, including the crypto asset market 📍Self-motivated, results-oriented, and hands-on 📍Highly proactive and outgoing personality - thrives in a fast-moving environment 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is a
