What you’ll be working on:

📍Conducting comprehensive risk assessments across business processes to identify emerging risks and support targeted mitigation strategies. 📍Participating in end-to-end risk management activities, including risk identification, strategy development, quantitative modelling, monitoring, and execution support. 📍Supporting the development and optimisation of intelligent risk-control systems and enhancing the company’s risk database across business, trading, and investment areas. 📍Building and maintaining risk-monitoring frameworks tailored to various operational scenarios, analysing anomalies, and proposing actionable solutions. 📍Assisting in evaluating internal controls, assessing process efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness, and supporting continuous improvement. 📍Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business development priorities and risk-control mechanisms.

About you:

📍Bachelor’s degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, or related fields. 📍2+ years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or related areas; experience in crypto exchanges or digital-asset industries is preferred. 📍Background in anti-fraud systems, user behaviour analytics, or risk-data warehousing is a strong advantage. 📍Strong analytical skills with high data sensitivity; capable of independent data mining and analysis. 📍Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities; able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
