Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šPlay a key role in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Consult with Practice leadership on the relevant inputs and assumptions, as necessary šCreate financial reporting that includes variance and trend analysis. Financial reporting includes key performance statistics, revenue backlog reporting quarterly working capital reviews šReview reports and analyses with the Operations Manager and Practice leadership. Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans based upon discussions šTrack, review and advise on the financial status of key engagements, highlighting areas of risk or opportunity šLead the monthly revenue forecast process for the entire Practice, an important management tool for Practice and Corporate leadership šPrepare presentation materials and analysis for leadership and management meetings š Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed šMeet with new hires to provide overviews of Operations and engagement economics šMonitor various expense categories to ensure adherence to planned annual spend šManage multiple internal relationships within the Practice and Corporate functions. Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
