Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
📍Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and prioritize features that align with market needs and drive adoption 📍Conduct extensive market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit and inform product decisions 📍Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and ensures market growth 📍Work closely with the engineering and design team to define and maintain a lean, iterative product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact features 📍Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success, user engagement, and market penetration 📍Facilitate rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making to optimize the product and ensure market fit 📍Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address technical challenges and constraints early in the development process 📍Communicate product progress, insights, and learnings to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in 📍Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, ensuring that user needs and feedback are at the forefront of product development 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in decentralized systems and AI to identify new growth opportunities
We’re looking for people who meet the following requirements:
📍6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful developer tools from 0 to 1 📍Experience with GPU computing, distributed systems, or AI inference services 📍Strong understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain, and AI/ML concepts 📍Deep understanding of developer needs, pain points, and workflows, with experience building APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms 📍Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams 📍Experience leading and building high functioning product teams with the ability to quickly deliver and improve delightful developer products
