Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šProject & Product Delivery:
šDrive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple initiatives in parallel.
šDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
šMaintain detailed project tracking and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
šEnsure all deliverables meet Visaās quality, security, and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
š3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelorās Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) šBachelorās degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. šExperience in project management, product management, or program managementāpreferably in payments, financial services, or technology. šDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. šStrong analytical skills with experience using data to create business cases, dashboards, and reports. šExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
