Job Summary
Your responsibilities
šBuild upon and scale our in-house product analytics solution, enabling self-serve analytics for teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales šLeverage AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as core productivity multipliers in your daily workflow - we expect 10x productivity gains through AI-first approaches šInterpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences šTranslate business requirements into technical requirements for engineers šManage and evolve our in-house customer data platform, ensuring accurate tracking implementation and maintaining data taxonomy šAnalyse user behaviour and product metrics for our analytics, trading and staking products, translating insights into actionable product improvements šEnhance quantitative analyses with qualitative insights derived from user studies and feedback šBuild and maintain data models and transformations using dbt
Your experience
š3+ years of experience in data analysis, with focus on product, growth, or marketing analytics šStrong proficiency in SQL and Python šExperience analysing trading products and understanding crypto trading user behavior šFirst-hand experience building tools or improving processes with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor etc. šFamiliarity with the OKR Framework - supporting goal setting and measurement šDeep understanding of crypto markets, DeFi protocols, and on-chain data (highly preferred) šNice to have: Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling
