Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šIdentify and onboard new partners in the hotel, experience, and DMC segments to expand the companyās portfolio. šNegotiate and finalize contracts to align partnerships with the companyās strategic and quality objectives. šBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers to ensure collaboration and satisfaction. šMonitor partner performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon targets and service standards. šAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. šDevelop strategies to optimize supplier portfolios and enhance overall partnership value. šEnsure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry compliance standards. šPrepare detailed reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. šCollaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
Requirements:
šBachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Masterās preferred). šMinimum of 4 years of experience in supplier management, negotiations, or contracting within the travel or hospitality sector. šStrong understanding of the Far East Asian and South Asian markets. šProven success in building and managing supplier partnerships to drive business growth.
