You Will
šLead the charge on defining and driving our legal tech strategy, including setting the vision, building the roadmap, and delivering tools that make our team faster, smarter, and more connected. šOversee our suite of legal systems (like CLM, eBilling, knowledge management and workflow platforms), ensuring they're optimized, well-integrated, and aligned with how the business actually works. šManage our core digital platforms, keeping them efficient, intuitive, and budget-conscious. šPartner across Legal, Policy, IT, Finance, Business Operations and beyond to evaluate and roll out technology and solutions that streamlines work and improves the experience for everyone who touches it. šDesign elegant solutions and connecting the dots between business needs and technology. šBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring we get measurable value from our tech investments. šLead multi-quarter, cross-functional projects that push automation, AI, and data-driven insights deeper into how we deliver our work throughout the organization. šHelp create operational excellence wherever opportunities exist.
You Have
š8+ years of experience in legal operations, tech strategy, or a related operations-focused role. šExperience leading automation or AI initiatives that drive measurable improvements. šCapacity for managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders, with a sharp eye for detail and follow-through. šAdaptive communication methods, translating technical detail into clear business value. šA collaborative and curious mindset, unafraid to experiment or rethink how things are done. šFamiliarity with platforms like DocuSign CLM or workflow automation tools (bonus points for hands-on implementation experience). šExperience building trust quickly and working well with everyone from senior leadership to individual contributors.
