Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
šDevelop and implement a company-wide L&D strategy aligned with Copperās business goals. šDesign and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning content. šEnsure all mandatory training is up to date and effectively delivered to comply with regulations. šLead onboarding programs to ensure new hires hit the ground running. šEvaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve them. šChampion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. šEstablish internal coaching and mentoring frameworks to support employee growth and knowledge sharing. šCollaborate with department heads to identify current and future skills gaps and build targeted training plans. šDesign and implement leadership and management development programs to support internal career progression.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
šEssential šProven experience in a Learning & Development role, ideally within a tech or financial services environment. šStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. šExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. šExperience with digital learning platforms and tools. šA proactive, creative mindset with a hands-on approach.
