Only long-term product teams for EU with investments and a modern stack of technologies. We set up the company in 2010 in Kharkiv. In 2017 we opened the office in Berlin. šStrong written and spoken English; confident and energetic communicator. šResilience and coachability; you thrive on scoreboards and feedback. šProficiency with LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools.
Will be a plus
šExperience in B2B tech/services or agency SDR/BDR roles. šCuriosity about Software and AI and how they drive outcomes for clients (our edge is engineering combined with practical AI).
Responsibilities
šSource, segment, and prioritize target lists (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Founders within our ICP). šRun daily multi-touch outreach on LinkedIn and email using our tested sequences; achieve the daily target of 20 new LinkedIn connections. šDrive disciplined follow-ups (respond within hours and keep conversations warm). šLog outcomes and reasons (always ask āwhy notā and capture objections for re-engagement).
