Responsibilities:

📍Build processes to support SLA and product delivery. 📍Manage a team of 6 engineers: coaching, mentoring, growth. 📍Ensure iterative weekly value delivery for clients. 📍Balance quick fixes for demos with long-term (quarter–year) planning. 📍Lead development of data API and application: infra, DWH, backend, API, front-end. 📍Drive system design improvements to balance speed and quality. 📍Support clients during technical assessment and onboarding. 📍Learn fast and guide the team through crypto domain challenges.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience as Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, Engineering manager. 📍Strong people management and team development skills. 📍Understanding of API development, data systems, and scalable architecture. 📍Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a startup environment. 📍Readiness to work in dynamic crypto/DeFi domain and eagerness to grow in it.
