Responsibilities:

📍Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including venture capital firms, institutional investors, and strategic partners 📍Act as a trusted partner to investors, understanding their objectives and aligning them with Animoca Brands’ opportunities where appropriate 📍Work closely with the Strategic Finance team to align IR messaging with financial strategy, capital structure, and key transactions 📍Manage the preparation of investor materials, including quarterly reports, investor presentations, fact sheets, and briefing documents for senior leadership 📍Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and annual general meetings, ensuring all logistics and content are executed to a high standard 📍Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments within the blockchain and gaming sectors to provide actionable insights to the executive team 📍Assist in the execution of capital raising activities and other corporate transactions by providing IR support and managing investor due diligence processes 📍Ensure all investor communications comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards

Requirements:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field 📍8+ years of proven experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within the technology, gaming, or fintech sectors 📍Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets 📍Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences 📍Strong interest in and knowledge of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the decentralized web
