Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šFoster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including venture capital firms, institutional investors, and strategic partners šAct as a trusted partner to investors, understanding their objectives and aligning them with Animoca Brandsā opportunities where appropriate šWork closely with the Strategic Finance team to align IR messaging with financial strategy, capital structure, and key transactions šManage the preparation of investor materials, including quarterly reports, investor presentations, fact sheets, and briefing documents for senior leadership šOrganize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and annual general meetings, ensuring all logistics and content are executed to a high standard šMonitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments within the blockchain and gaming sectors to provide actionable insights to the executive team šAssist in the execution of capital raising activities and other corporate transactions by providing IR support and managing investor due diligence processes šEnsure all investor communications comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
Requirements:
šBachelorās degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field š8+ years of proven experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within the technology, gaming, or fintech sectors šDeep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets šExceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences šStrong interest in and knowledge of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the decentralized web
