Job Summary
What You'll Do
šDefine and own Solana Foundation's stablecoin growth strategy end-to-end ā from issuer relationships to on-chain distribution and utility šBuild and manage relationships with major stablecoin issuers, exchanges, custodians, market makers, and DeFi protocols to deepen stablecoin supply and usage on Solana šDesign and oversee commercial strategies, and liquidity initiatives that attract and retain stablecoin capital on-chain šWork closely with product and engineering teams to identify infrastructure gaps, improve developer tooling, and enable new stablecoin use cases (payments, treasury, remittances, DeFi) šCollaborate with ecosystem teams across DeFi, payments, and institutional adoption to ensure stablecoin growth compounds across verticals šTrack competitive dynamics across chains, analyze what's working, and adapt strategy quickly šRepresent Solana Foundation in executive conversations, industry working groups, and at major conferences
What We're Looking For
š7+ years of experience spanning some combination of business development, product strategy, growth, or protocol/ecosystem leadership ā ideally in crypto or fintech šA founder's mindset: high agency, comfortable with ambiguity, able to context-switch between a partnership negotiation, an incentive model, and a product spec in the same day šStrong understanding of stablecoin mechanics, DeFi liquidity dynamics, and on-chain incentive design šProven ability to build and maintain senior relationships with issuers, protocols, and institutional partners šSharp analytical thinking ā comfortable working with data, modeling scenarios, and making trade-offs
