Decision quality improves as a result. šClear view of growth levers. Partnership economics, pricing, channel performance, and customer unit economics are well-understood and actively used to drive strategy. šSmooth finance operations. Forecasting, board reporting, and financial planning happen on time and at high quality.
What you will do
šPartner with the CEO on company strategy, capital allocation, and key business decisions. šOwn financial planning, forecasting, and board/investor reporting. šDrive strategic analysis on partnerships, pricing, market opportunities, and M&A. šLead and develop a small finance team (Strategic Finance, Controller). šPush into adjacent areas (data, growth analytics, market analysis) where finance perspective adds leverage. šBuild the analytical foundation for understanding unit economics, cohort performance, and growth drivers.
