What You'll Do

📍1. Oversight, Governance, and Token Operations 📍Develop and own the comprehensive strategy for post-token launch portfolio management, establishing best practices for asset custody, treasury operations, and data visibility. 📍Maintain a clear and real-time view across all token holdings, monitoring performance, key scientific and DAO milestones, vesting schedules, and liquidity events. 📍Actively participate in the governance processes of portfolio DAOs. This includes managing voting, shaping proposals, and ensuring the enforcement of standardized frameworks for effective treasury management and operational integrity. 📍Build, manage, and utilize a suite of analytical tools and reporting dashboards (e.g., Dune, Token Terminal) to track performance, inform strategic decisions, and communicate portfolio updates to both internal and external stakeholders. 📍2. Value Creation and Relationship Management 📍Serve as BIO's primary strategic partner for portfolio projects, focusing on accelerating their growth and success. This includes providing expert guidance on fundraising, governance, token strategy, and scientific roadmaps. 📍Leverage your venture and biotech expertise to identify the highest potential assets within the portfolio; develop and execute targeted strategies to move them forward, maximizing their value and impact. 📍Proactively monitor risk and identify opportunities across all assets, cultivating deep relationships with the leadership of our portfolio companies to foster collaboration and strategic alignment. 📍3. Organizational Efficiency 📍Establish rigorous performance management frameworks for the leadership of portfolio entities to ensure accountability and drive results. 📍Conduct regular performance reviews and, when necessary, take decisive action to address underperformance, including making recommendations for changes in leadership to safeguard our investment and ensure project success. 📍Own and execute project management responsibilities directly, ensuring operational follow-through without relying on additional hires. 📍Design and oversee timelines, deliverables, and coordination efforts across portfolio initiatives, driving clarity, efficiency, and results in execution.
