Job Summary
You will:
📍Executive Assistance: Directly support the CEO, CTO, VP Operations—manage and optimize calendars, ensure efficient scheduling and prioritization, handle email organization and prioritization, manage relevant business and personal tasks 📍Office Management: full ownership of the management of our Toronto office (where you’ll work out of) as well as our SF office (remotely) 📍Team Logistics: Coordinate company wide business events and travel (flights, hotels, transportation, on-sites, off-sites, etc.), team lunches, and beyond 📍Internal Admin: Support with the management of business systems, including but not limited to; onboarding/offboarding employees, keeping SaaS tools organized, managing receipts, and other administrative tasks
You are:
📍3+ years in an EA or Internal Admin role for a Senior Exec, GP in Venture Capital/Private Equity, Senior Exec in IB, Partner at a top Law Firm, or similar 📍Highly attentive—you’re attention to detail is unmatched, no details escape you 📍Extremely trustworthy—you have experience being responsible with access to confidential and sensitive information 📍Highly organized—you’re able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of tasks 📍Fast learner—you’re a sharp, fast thinker with a high aptitude for learning 📍Excellent communicator—you can synthesize complex information into easy to digest language 📍Thrive under pressure—Tensor is a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, it’s not for everyone
