Job Summary
Responsibilities
šWork with a team of talented engineers and product managers to deliver tokenization products and features that support Zero Hashās business. šPartner closely with product and program managers to ensure the tokenization roadmap is well understood and the team is able to plan and execute on expected outcomes. šWork with the team on technical planning to ensure that product requirementsāsuch as smart contract logic and asset lifecycle managementāare captured in the technical solution. šPartner with other Engineering Managers to drive the broader technical roadmap forward. šSupport the engineering team in achieving a high level of technical excellence in blockchain development and integration. šManage processes to help the team do its best work and interface effectively with the rest of Zero Hash. šRecruit, coach, and develop engineers, specifically those specializing in smart contracts and distributed ledger technology. šHelp engineers establish career development plans within the evolving digital asset space. šContribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Zero Hashās engineering management team. šParticipate in essential technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across our product and operations teams. šWork with a wide range of stakeholders to build a clear vision for your teamās role in the tokenization ecosystem. šOversee the success of your team's projects and achieve quantifiable results regarding asset issuance and throughput. šIntroduce industry-leading engineering patterns and practices that give us the confidence to do bold things in the RWA space. šMake consistent development contributions so as to maintain competency with our codebase and system architecture.
Required Experience
š10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a significant focus on building and maintaining robust APIs and SDKs for B2B integration. š5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing staff and principal-level engineers. šBS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience. šProven track record of managing teams that have delivered complex, production-grade blockchain or financial products. šGolang expertise, familiar with Goās idiomatic approach and niches. šFamiliarity with TypeScript and React for frontend services and dashboarding.
