You Have:
šProven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and scaling engineering teams, ideally in a high-growth environment. š2+ years of experience in engineering management - setting roadmap, charter, vision, key metrics for the engineering team šTechnical Expertise: Deep understanding of data principles, architectures, and technologies. š8+ years of experience with big data tools and technologies like Kafka, Flink, Druid, Spark, optimized Sql, Map Reduce, HDFS, Hive šExperience with programming languages like Golang, Java, Python, Helm, Terraform šExperience working with Cloud providers like AWS - S3, EMR, EKS šA graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus šRoblox Alignment: Strong alignment with Roblox's leadership principles, including a focus on respect, safety, creativity, and community. šExcellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and leaders across the organization.
