Job Summary
You Will:
šManage a team of engineers that own the developer experience for our most experienced developers šDrive the strategy, vision and roadmap of delivering a first-class developer experience for internal and external creators šPlan and deliver complex technical features E2E in our game engine and in the Studio UI that will allow internal engineers and external creators to thrive šWork cross functionally, across teams and technology platforms to deliver high quality and amazing user functionality šLead by example and grow engineers to reach their true potential šParticipate in building the world's best professional application for massively multiplayer game development
You Have:
šExperience: you have at least 8+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of managing teams of engineers šDeveloper Passion: you have experience working on toolchains to improve and empower developers, and are obsessed with end-user experience šResponsibly: built systems that work and keep on working reliably. šA degree in Computer Science, or have equivalent practical experience.
