Job Summary
What You’ll Be Responsible For
📍Architect a unified operating model across DevOps, IT, data, security, and automation to support Product, GTM, Finance, and general Ops aspects of the business. 📍Roll out AI-driven agentic tooling across teams to accelerate decision-making and productivity. 📍Understanding of the Theory of Constraints and Continuous Deployment to identify bottlenecks and drive systemic improvements. 📍Lead, mentor, and scale an initial team of five — growing responsibly with business priorities. 📍Establish a robust security and compliance posture, including risk and incident response. 📍Build secure, scalable data platforms that act as trusted strategic assets. 📍Modernize internal systems to reduce friction and improve employee experience. 📍Partner with executives to align Information Operations (InfoOps) strategy with overall company goals. 📍Work closely with company stakeholders to enable/improve data-driven flows, such as product metrics and billing.
