Job Summary
Responsibilities
šServe as the primary escalation point for Level 2 developer support requests. šDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to wallet integrations, blockchain metadata, and token display. šCollaborate with internal teams to prioritize and advocate for developer-facing features and fixes. šEngage with the developer community to gather feedback and foster positive relationships. šContribute to and improve technical documentation and resources for developers. šTrain and enhance support AI systems with accurate technical information. šCustomer/developer support ticket handling
Qualifications
š2ā3 years of experience in developer support, developer relations, or a similar technical role. šProficiency in React and React Native development. šStrong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Solana and EVM-compatible chains. šExperience reading and interpreting data from block explorers and blockchain metadata. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy. šAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests effectively.
