Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Own live-action projects from pitch to delivery: scoping, budgeting, resourcing, and ensuring delivery against contract. 📍Build and lead production teams for live-action projects — including filming, on-set crew, and post-production — overseeing recruitment, collaboration, and performance management. 📍Supervise all stages of production, from development and pre-visualization through shoots, post-production, and final delivery. 📍Analyse the market and competitors to identify and test new formats and storytelling approaches. 📍Lead cross-functional workflows with BPMs and SMMs, ensuring smooth handovers and project stage ownership. 📍Provide mentorship to junior producers and coordinators, fostering a pipeline of creative talent. 📍Partner with internal teams to align on cost allocations, reporting, and project profitability. Implement process discipline (Asana / approval flows) to avoid past inefficiencies. 📍Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and location-specific requirements for shoots.
Requirements
📍5+ years experience producing live-action content in an agency, production company, or studio environment. 📍Demonstrated client-facing experience: comfortable leading calls, managing expectations, and handling escalations. 📍Proven track record managing end-to-end productions — shipping multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget. 📍Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, develop, and implement long-term content strategies.
