What You'll Be Doing:

📍Responsible for the management of platform knowledge content, advancing the optimization of the platform help center's knowledge base, planning and auditing articles related to FAQs and content. 📍Conduct service-oriented user problem analysis for platform business scenarios, plan and produce high-quality, high-value educational content based on product features and in-depth analysis to help users reduce problems. 📍Systematically manage and analyze data metrics, output effective improvement measures, regularly produce content operation effectiveness reports, and drive production with data-driven insights. 📍Conduct regular market research, collect user feedback, analyze user behavior deeply, iterate and innovate content forms. Provide improvement and planning suggestions from a content operations perspective to achieve diversion goals.

What We Look For In You:

📍Bachelor's degree or above, with a certain sensitivity to industry trends in the blockchain industry. 📍Has more than 2 years of experience in copywriting/ content planning and systematic content management. 📍Excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts. 📍Possesses deep demand analysis capabilities, data analysis skills, and mature project management experience. 📍Proficient in analyzing user pain points, candidates with experience in blockchain/ finance/ internet industry content are preferred. 📍Active in thinking, with excellent communication, collaboration skills and execution ability. 📍Proficient in using ChatGPT as a content creation tool. 📍Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
