Job Summary
Description
šAs a Site Timekeeper at MIRA-Search, you will be responsible for accurately tracking and managing the time and attendance of employees on construction sites. This role is essential for maintaining compliance and ensuring that payroll is processed efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include: šLogging employee attendance, start and end times, and breaks using timekeeping systems. šCommunicating with site supervisors and project managers to verify attendance and workforce status. šEnsuring compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding attendance and overtime. šResolving discrepancies in time records by consulting with employees and management. šPreparing and submitting weekly timekeeping reports for payroll processing. šAssisting in the training of new employees on timekeeping procedures. šMaintaining accurate and organized records of attendance and leave. šCollaborating with HR and project management to address timekeeping-related issues as needed.
Requirements
šHigh school diploma or equivalent is required. šPrevious experience as a timekeeper in a construction site. šStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. šEffective communication skills, both verbal and written. šProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with timekeeping software. šAble to work independently and manage time effectively on a fast-paced job site.
