Job Summary
What you will be working on
📍Supporting the Compliance Assurance & Testing Manager in enhancing and executing the annual compliance assurance testing plan and Issue Management framework. 📍Reviewing and undertaking sample testing and compliance assurance testing on the global financial crime and compliance programm 📍Communicating- and providing proactive solutions for - your findings and tracking them to completion 📍Working closely with, and supporting, key stakeholders in the Financial Crime Operations, Customer Support, Product, and Technology teams 📍Ensuring the plan continually adapts to the company’s growth plans, whilst meeting the fast changing regulatory environment we operate in 📍Ensuring all Compliance assurance and external audit findings are reported to the appropriate governance structures in an accurate and timely manner 📍Conducting horizon scanning to identify emerging risks, trends, and regulatory changes that could impact the organization 📍Developing and maintaining a network of industry contacts to stay informed about upcoming regulatory changes 📍Being an active member of Ramp’s compliance membership and industry associations
What you will bring
📍2+ years of experience in the second line of defence (2LOD) Compliance team at a licensed 📍Financial institution, or in a consultancy or regulator 📍Knowledge of UK regulation and requirements as they relate to an FCA-registered cryptoassset business 📍Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex datasets 📍Information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution 📍Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders 📍Data analytics skills (SQL is a plus!) 📍Strong project management skills and attention to detail 📍Fluent in English; any additional language abilities are a plus (we operate globally!) 📍Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity about fintech and crypto 📍Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems 📍Willing and able to travel internationally
