Job Summary
Key Areas of Responsibility:
šPartner with business clients to review, analyze, draft, and negotiate customer and vendor commercial agreements (including leases) and other documents šAdvise the business on legal matters in relation to NCR Atleos services, practices and operations, and any new products šOversee corporate maintenance and recordkeeping šLiaise and manage external counsel where appropriate
Basic Qualifications:
š2 - 4 yearsā experience in commercial/transactional law, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house experience šKnowledge of commercial contract laws and practices šExcellent communication skills with ability to negotiate at high levels šStrong writing skills and attention to detail šAbility to work under short deadlines and outside normal working hours with minimal advance notice and minimal supervision; self-sufficient and independent
