Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šLead the Irish entity, ensuring full compliance with MiCA and Irish regulations. šDrive the company's strategy for crypto payment gateway services. šOversee all operations, risk management, compliance, and financial performance. šAct as the primary liaison with the CBI and other regulatory bodies. šNurture impactful relationships with key external stakeholders to build trust and promote growth opportunities for the firm.
Your Profile:
šStrong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. šExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. šDeep understanding of the crypto or payments industry. šComprehensive knowledge of MiCA and Irish financial services regulations. šExperience in scaling operations, managing P&L, and navigating regulatory environments.
