Job Summary
You Will
📍Drive continuous improvement by maintaining and enhancing operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. 📍Design and implement new processes that support business growth, scalability, and evolving regulatory requirements. 📍Oversee and improve daily brokerage operations, ensuring accuracy and record-keeping. 📍Lead critical projects such as clearing firm and platform upgrades, collaborating with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams. 📍Champion process improvements using data insights, automation, and emerging technologies. 📍Mentor team members on complex procedures, regulatory updates, and best practices. 📍Review and approve work from junior staff to uphold accuracy, consistency, and compliance standards. 📍Stay ahead of SEC/FINRA regulations, lead compliance reporting, and enforce Written Supervisory Procedures. 📍Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and oversee compliance monitoring activities. 📍Build strong partnerships across the business, present updates to senior leadership, and manage relationships with external partners.
You Have
📍4+ years of experience in brokerage operations back office functions FINRA Licenses: Series 7 & 63 required 📍Experience with process improvement and automation projects 📍Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau) 📍Experience with project management methodologies 📍Demonstrated mentoring or training experience
