Job Summary
A Day in the Life
šPerforming bookkeeping and general accounting services for clients. šCompleting and reviewing month-end work (reconciliation of bank accounts, post cash receipts and cash disbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, calculating and recording monthly accruals, recording journal entries, preparing financial statements, reviewing G/L detail to be sure sufficient information is provided for preparation of year-end returns). šMaintaining positive client relationships. šResponding timely and accurately to internal team and client requests.

šYou have or are in pursuit of a Bachelorās degree in business, accounting, finance, or something similar, or 2-3 years of progressive experience. šExperience with financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Xero. šStrong knowledge of bank reconciliations. šAttention to detail and strong organizational skills šYou are a communicator at your core. Bonus points if you have customer or client service experience, this is a cornerstone of the role. šYou are an expert collaborator! You ask for and give feedback regularly.
