Job Summary
What You Will Work On
📍Build strong relationships with assigned clients 📍Work alongside the the Account Executives to win new business and increase sales 📍Provide support for customers in the pre-sales and post-sales processes 📍Maintain CRM including recording details notes from meetings with clients 📍Answering client questions via their designated support channel 📍Communicate new feature launches 📍Build dashboards, watchlists and news feeds for new clients 📍Aggregate product feedback from clients and present to the product team 📍Prospect and network for upsells to existing clients 📍Drive net retention
Requirements
📍BA/BS degree or relevant experience 📍Experience or passion for cryptocurrency markets is strongly preferred 📍An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions 📍Excellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 📍CRM and client prospecting experience
