Notably, investor and trader participation remained lower compared to the previous day, reflecting fear and hesitation in the market, as indicated by a 22% drop in trading volume to $363 million.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zcash shows signs of a potential 30% decline<\/b><\/h2>\n

AMBCrypto\u2019s technical analysis indicates that ZEC<\/a> appears to be forming its sixth consecutive red candle on the weekly chart. The asset has already broken down its prolonged support at $300, which it had been holding since October 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

On both the weekly and daily charts, ZEC appears bearish, not only due to the support breakdown but also because of an additional bearish pattern called the inverted ‘Cup and Handle’ breakdown, which has formed on the weekly timeframe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Based on the daily chart, if ZEC remains below the key $300 support level, it has strong potential to continue its downward momentum and could fall by 30% from the current level, reaching around $195 in the coming days.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, a well-followed crypto expert<\/a> shared a post on X, including a ZEC chart that suggests the asset may decline to the $275 level in the near term.<\/span><\/p>\n

At press time, the Average Directional Index (ADX), an indicator that measures trend strength, reached 26.07, above the key threshold of 25, indicating that the asset has a strong directional trend.<\/span><\/p>\n

At present, investors and traders have differing outlooks. Short-term market sentiment appears bearish, while the long-term outlook remains bullish.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the derivatives platform CoinGlass<\/a>, traders are overleveraged at $276.50 on the lower side and $300.90 on the upper side. At these levels, traders have built $3.20 million worth of long-leveraged positions and $6.48 million worth of short-leveraged positions.<\/span><\/p>\n
