Against this backdrop, Binance dropped an open letter<\/a>. It announced that it\u2019s converting the Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU) fund\u2019s $1 billion stablecoin stash into Bitcoin, aiming to complete the move within 30 days.<\/span><\/p>\n
