On top of that, the Bull Bear Power read 3.07, showing buyers accumulated during the last three days. The pattern\u2019s apex neared, strengthening early breakout pressure.<\/p>\n

The next upside target sat near $55, aligned with the triangle\u2019s upper boundary.<\/p>\n

A clean break above this level could lift the price toward $70, the monthly high. A breakdown would invalidate the bullish structure and expose $22 or lower.<\/p>\n

What’s on-chain data saying?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

On-chain signals were giving mixed sentiments, with most pointing toward bearishness. Bears have dominated the Spot Taker CVD over the last three months, according to CryptoQuant data<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, retail traders drove this bearish strength.<\/p>\n

The reading of Spot Retail Activity Through Trading Frequency Surge was<\/a> too high. Historical data showed that retailers were buying at the top as prices declined immediately after their involvement.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the Spot Volume Bubble Map confirmed the ongoing distribution. This is because prices of DCR were declining even though volume was overheating.<\/p>\n
