In fact, it is now one of the best among top caps, even edging out <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/ethereum-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ethereum [ETH]<\/a>, which rose by &#8220;just&#8221; 5%. The ADA\/ETH ratio is a critical gauge of capital rotation into Cardano. Consider November&#8217;s rally as an example here. ADA rallied by 286% from its election-day low to a December high of $1.32.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In contrast, ETH posted gains of 68% during the same period, while the ADA\/ETH ratio spiked by 166%. This hinted at a clear inflow of capital favoring Cardano over Ethereum.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, until this ratio shows signs of reversal or stabilization, Cardano is likely to remain on the sidelines in terms of relative momentum and market positioning.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Cardano builds quietly as Ethereum cools<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s no doubt, for Layer-1 blockchains, the real endgame isn\u2019t short-term price pumps. Instead, it\u2019s building resilient infrastructure that solves real problems.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s what ultimately pulls in institutional capital. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cardano seems to be leaning into that vision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/santimentfeed\/status\/1940459618448408606\/photo\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GitHub data<\/a>, Cardano is now ranked 4th in developer activity, far ahead of Ethereum at 13th.
