{"id":501456,"date":"2025-06-14T17:30:11","date_gmt":"2025-06-14T12:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/?p=501456"},"modified":"2025-06-14T15:00:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-14T09:30:48","slug":"whats-making-ethereum-more-attractive-than-bitcoin-right-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/whats-making-ethereum-more-attractive-than-bitcoin-right-now\/","title":{"rendered":"What&#8217;s making Ethereum more attractive than Bitcoin right now"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The risk vs. reward for Ethereum actually looks more attractive than that of Bitcoin.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the reduced risk, a whale has bought over $435M ETH over the last two weeks.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/predictions\/ethereum-price-prediction\">Ethereum [ETH]<\/a> bounced back to the $2,500 level after a sharp sell-off triggered by geopolitical fears.<\/p>\n<p>However, the crypto markets have a tendency to rebound after sharp drops, and ETH was no exception, edging ahead of <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/predictions\/bitcoin-price-prediction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bitcoin [BTC]<\/a> in terms of percentage recovered.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Attractive risk vs. rewards<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Naturally, investors seemed more willing to engage at these levels\u2014and for good reason.<\/p>\n<p>The neutral-to-positive sentiment was observed when it came to Ethereum with regard to two important measurements.<\/p>\n<p>The Sharpe Ratio chart indicated that the risk-adjusted returns of ETH started moving up after a long decline. This indicated the improving performance of the asset to its volatility.<\/p>\n<p>That implied ETH was delivering better rewards per unit of volatility, even amid sideways price action.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel, the Normalized Risk Metric (NRM) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/joao_wedson\/status\/1933623165709676769?t=yu_a677A9vs9kc47__p2Ag&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hovered<\/a> at 0.41.
