Most stablecoin borrow rates are between 2\u20134%, and it is no longer so enticing for lenders seeking high returns.<\/span><span id=\"input-sentence~3\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The decline could potentially mirror a bigger trend, a declining demand for on-chain leverage and excess capital.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Ethena\u2019s growth might be accelerating the trend.
