Could this influx of sidelined capital strengthen bid support for <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/bitcoin-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bitcoin [BTC]<\/a> and spark a breakout?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BTC price action has historically mirrored USDT supply trends. If this capital rotation translates into spot demand, BTC could break past $100K.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, if most of it fuels leveraged trades instead of actual buying, it could create a liquidity trap. In this scenario, prices rise temporarily but lack real support, leading to a sharp reversal as overleveraged positions close.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Is USDT fueling genuine demand, or just leverage?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since BTC\u2019s last attempt to breach $100K, the Estimated Leverage Ratio (ELR) has been climbing, <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoquant.com\/asset\/btc\/chart\/market-indicator\/estimated-leverage-ratio?exchange=all_exchange&amp;window=DAY&amp;sma=0&amp;ema=0&amp;priceScale=log&amp;metricScale=linear&amp;chartStyle=line\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posting<\/a> higher highs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, BTC inflows to exchanges are higher than outflows, showing weak spot demand.
