However, this month has seen SOL change fortunes in trading volume, market cap, and meme-coins adoptions.<\/p>\n<p>Two days ago, Solana hit the headlines after flipping <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/binance-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Binance Coin [BNB]<\/a> on market cap, as the former&#8217;s market cap surged to $85B. At the same time, BNB declined to $83B, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/currencies\/solana\/\">CoinMarketCap<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Solana continues its growth with higher trading volume, DEXes, and surpassing <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/ethereum-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ethereum [ETH]<\/a> in fees and MEV.<\/p>\n<h2>Solana DEX trading volume hits $2B<\/h2>\n<p>SOL is rising, and its decentralized exchange (DEX) trading volume has surged to a record $2B. In the last 24 hrs, it generated 58% of the value from MEV tips and 37% from fees.
