However, the situation for SOL might change soon next week as there are signs it might turn a bullish leaf. .\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Solana investors are losing confidence<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/currencies\/solana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CoinMarketCap<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, SOL\u2019s price has moved somewhat sideways since 5 April, as its value only moved marginally in the last 24 hours. At the time of writing, SOL was trading at $177.34 with a market capitalization of over $78 billion, making it the 5th largest crypto. The sluggish price action had a negative impact on its social metrics too.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In fact, AMBCrypto\u2019s analysis of Santiment\u2019s data revealed that SOL\u2019s weighted sentiment was in the negative zone. Despite these setbacks, however, the coming week might look different for SOL as the token\u2019s price has been moving inside a bull pattern.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Solana to turn bullish next week?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crypto Tony, a popular crypto-analyst, recently posted a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CryptoTony__\/status\/1776181232088547336?t=uJ8k70HbkFdUs1hVIM1kbw&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tweet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> highlighting the fact that SOL\u2019s price has been moving inside a bullish symmetrical triangle pattern. A breakout from such a pattern often results in bull rallies. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, it must be noted that SOL is still mid-way in the pattern &#8211; A sign that it might take a few more days for the token\u2019s price to turn volatile. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AMBCrypto then checked SOL\u2019s metrics to find whether they also supported the possibility of a price uptick over the next week. We found that SOL\u2019s funding rate dropped, indicating that derivatives investors have not been buying SOL at its lower price. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, its open interest also fell along with its price. A hike in liquidation often acts as resistance, which restricts a token\u2019s price from moving further up.
