According to <a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/currencies\/polygon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CoinMarketCap\u2019s<\/a> data, since MATIC rallied to a one-year high of $1.27 on the 14th of March, its value has declined by 25%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>MATIC is on the verge of further price decline<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The decline in MATIC\u2019s price, which began on the 15th of March, coincided with when its MACD line crossed below its signal line. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resting below the zero line at press time, the position of the token\u2019s MACD line showed that the market was rife with significant selling activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An asset\u2019s market is said to be in a decline when its MACD line intersects its signal line in a downtrend and enters negative territory. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This means that the shorter-term moving average is below the longer-term moving average.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traders often interpret this as a sign to exit long positions and occupy short ones, thereby putting downward pressure on an asset\u2019s price.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirming the current bearish trend, MATIC\u2019s Directional Movement Index (DMI) showed its positive directional index (green) resting below its negative index (red).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The red line also crossed above the red line on the 15th of March, confirming when the bears regained market control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When these trend lines are positioned this way, it means that the bears\u2019 power significantly exceeds that of the bulls, as the selling momentum is high.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Further, MATIC\u2019s Aroon Up Line (orange) was 0% at the time of writing. This indicator measures an asset\u2019s trend strength and potential reversal points. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When an asset\u2019s Aroon Up line is close to zero, its most recent price high was reached long ago.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Read\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/predictions\/matic-network-price-prediction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Polygon\u2019s [MATIC] Price Prediction<\/a>\u00a02024-25<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Signaling the decline in demand for MATIC by market participants, its Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) was -0.05 at the time of press.
