{"id":368073,"date":"2024-02-01T08:00:59","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T02:30:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/?p=368073"},"modified":"2024-02-01T08:25:41","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T02:55:41","slug":"have-ripples-latest-moves-affected-xrp-negatively","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/have-ripples-latest-moves-affected-xrp-negatively\/","title":{"rendered":"Have Ripple&#8217;s latest moves affected XRP negatively?"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ripple stirs the market with XRP dumps.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">XRP lost over 5% with consecutive declines.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to data by <a href=\"https:\/\/whale-alert.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whale Alert<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/ripple-vs-sec-takes-a-new-turn-as-xrp-tumbles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ripple<\/a>\u00a0transferred 46,340,000 <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/predictions\/ripple-price-prediction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XRP<\/a> to an unknown wallet on the 30th of January, amounting to over $24.7 million at press time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Further analysis by AMBCrypto divulged that this transfer was not new \u2014 it had been going on for the past few days. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the 28th of January, 27.7 million, valued at over $14.4 million, were moved from an unknown wallet to Bitstamp.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similarly, on 29 January, 27.1 million XRP, worth over $14.5 million, were transferred from an unknown wallet to Bitstamp. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In summary, over 100 million XRP assets have been transferred to exchanges in the last three days, presumably for sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>XRP responds to recent developments<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AMBCrypto&#8217;s examination of <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/xrp-price-bounces-can-it-maintain-the-momentum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XRP&#8217;s<\/a> volume on Santiment showed a noticeable increase starting from the 28th of January, coinciding with the first significant transfer observed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On this date, the altcoin&#8217;s volume on 28 January had reached $493 million. By the end of trading on the 30th of January, it had lost over 4% in value, trading at around $0.51. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of press time, it had experienced a decline of over 1%, trading at around $0.50. Additionally, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) was nearing the oversold zone, indicating a strong bearish trend.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Realistic or not, here&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/calculator\/marketcap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XRP market cap in BTC&#8217;s terms<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><b>Ripple traders become less aggressive<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AMBCrypto also found that XRP&#8217;s Funding Rate showed a diminishing level of aggression from buyers. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coinglass.com\/currencies\/XRP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coinglass<\/a> chart showed that, while the Funding Rate remained positive, it had experienced a recent decline.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As of this writing, the Funding Rate was around 0.006%.
