Starting from becoming the top blockchain by active addresses to considerable growth in the DeFi ecosystem, Tron has outperformed its peers over the years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Coin98 Analytics recently posted a tweet highlighting Tron\u2019s growth in DeFi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Tron\u2019s DeFi space is flourishing<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coin98 Analytics posted a tweet highlighting Tron\u2019s journey in 2023 in the DeFi ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> As per the post, BNB Chain [BNB] had the highest total value locked (TVL) at the beginning of 2023. However, things changed over the next few months as Tron flipped BNB to become the blockchain with the highest TVL. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This clearly reflected TRX\u2019s growth, as the higher the TVL, the more trustworthy the blockchain is perceived to be.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">At the end of 2023, besides <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Ethereum?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Ethereum<\/a>, here are the top 10 blockchains with the highest TVL:<\/p>\n<p>Tron<br \/>BNB Chain<br \/>Arbitrum<br \/>Solana<br \/>Blast<br \/>Optimism<br \/>Avalanche<br \/>Polygon<br \/>Base<br \/>Cardano <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/jvgGvJCwKN\">pic.twitter.com\/jvgGvJCwKN<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Coin98 Analytics (@Coin98Analytics) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Coin98Analytics\/status\/1741502599537516630?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 31, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AMBCrypto\u2019s analysis of TRONSCAN\u2019s<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/tronscan.org\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">data<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> revealed that, at the time of writing, TRX\u2019s TVL stood at more than $21 billion. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among several projects in Tron, Justlend DAO, Just Cryptos, and TRX Staking Governance remained the top three projects that contributed to<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/tron-do-investors-have-cause-for-concern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TRX<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s hike in TVL last year. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The blockchain&#8217;s total value on-chain (TVC) also followed a trend over the last year, which looked optimistic. At press time, it was trading at $0.1084 with a market capitalization of over $9.5 billion.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/predictions\/tron-price-prediction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tron\u2019s [TRX] Price Prediction<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 203-24<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, despite the recent price uptick, its 1-day price volatility declined. Tron\u2019s open interest also dropped, which can initiate a trend reversal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tron\u2019s popularity somewhat declined as its social volume sank slightly.
