This phenomenon is particularly notable considering the varying levels of activity observed within each network during this period. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Given the overall count of addresses across these networks, what is the trend of active addresses?<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Which network leads the L1 address race?<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A recent post by <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intotheblock\/status\/1739571961657782666?t=fGCkDoyS26EstKxwELX3uA&amp;s=19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IntoTheBlock<\/a> highlighted the number of addresses on six leading Layer 1 (L1) networks. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data showed that Ethereum led the pack with the highest number of addresses in the last 30 days, with around 103 million. Following Ethereum was Bitcoin, with around 51 million addresses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Litecoin and Avalanche secured the third and fourth positions with 7.7 million and 6.3 million addresses, respectively. Dogecoin and Cardano rounded out the top six with about 5.3 million and 4.4 million addresses, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Comparing Ethereum and Bitcoin\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the IntoTheBlock chart, <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/why-ethereum-is-seeing-waning-bullish-sentiment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ethereum<\/a> secured the top position with the highest number of addresses in the last 30 days, while Bitcoin claimed the second spot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An analysis of the active addresses on both networks conducted on Santiment showed different patterns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of Ethereum, the analysis showed a consistent increase in active addresses over the last 30 days. As of 28th November, the number of active addresses was around 5.6 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Notably, a noteworthy increase occurred at least twice a week, resulting in an additional 10,000 active addresses. The chart showed a clear downward movement, signifying a decline in active addresses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> On 28th November, the number of addresses on the Bitcoin network was around 20 million.
