Though the uptrend gave investors confidence, the scenario might not take long to change, especially if recent developers are to be considered.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/predictions\/solana-price-prediction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solana\u2019s [SOL] Price Prediction<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2023-24<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notably, infamous crypto exchange FTX might make a move that can turn the tides against Solana&#8217;s favor.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Solana shows promise<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Solana&#8217;s price surged by more than 23% over the last seven days, showing potential. Moreover, according to<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/currencies\/solana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CoinMarketCap<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in the last 24 hours alone, the token&#8217;s price went up by over 6%. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of writing, SOL was trading at $38.16 with a market capitalization of more than $16 billion, making it the seventh-largest crypto. The price uptrend was also accompanied by a rise in the token&#8217;s trading volume. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But despite the bullish momentum, Nansen\u2019s latest tweet signaled trouble brewing on the horizon for SOL. Particularly, FTX had started to unstake SOL tokens worth millions of dollars. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the exchange decides to sell those tokens, we can expect<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/ceo-bets-on-ethereum-and-solana-this-bull-run\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SOL<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019s liquidity to go up, which might be followed by a price correction.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">An additional 1.6M SOL ($57.6M) started the process of unstaking yesterday<\/p>\n<p>The address: 9uyDy9VDBw4K7xoSkhmCAm8NAFCwu4pkF6JeHUCtVKcX<\/p>\n<p>At the time of writing these funds haven&#39;t left the wallet, but if they do that will bring the total of SOL moved by FTX to just under $90M <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/bTSYjSxI6p\">pic.twitter.com\/bTSYjSxI6p<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Nansen \ud83e\udded (@nansen_ai) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nansen_ai\/status\/1719292081477394479?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 31, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An additional 1.6 million SOL, worth more than $57 million, started the process of unstaking on 31 October. Amidst this, the market&#8217;s confidence in SOL also seemed to have dwindled, which could also increase the chances of a price correction in the days to follow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> LunarCrush\u2019s data revealed that SOL\u2019s social engagement had dropped along with its bullish sentiment. This was evident from the fact that SOL\u2019s Binance Funding Rate was green.
