The stETH-ETH pool, as indicated by the report, experienced a substantial outflow, resulting in decreased liquidity.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24steth&amp;src=ctag&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$steth<\/a>-ETH liquidity pool on Curve continues to see large outflows, reducing liquidity for the largest liquid staking token. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/RDhNpq6vNt\">pic.twitter.com\/RDhNpq6vNt<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Kaiko (@KaikoData) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KaikoData\/status\/1689197826272866305?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 9, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Is your portfolio green? Check out the <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/calculator\/curve-dao-token-profit-calculator\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRV Profit Calculator<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notably, Curve Finance has been among the platforms benefiting from the increased utilization of staked ETH [stETH] following Ethereum&#8217;s [ETH] transition to Proof of Stake (PoS) and the subsequent activation of staking capabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Curve stETH trading volume and TVL declines<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the reduction in <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/how-lido-finance-approved-daos-steth-share-among-others\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stETH<\/a> liquidity, there have been declines in trading volume and Total Value Locked (TVL) within the ETH-stETH pool over the past few months. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dune.com\/LidoAnalytical\/Curve-ETHstETH\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dune Analytics<\/a> data indicated that the TVL for this particular pool, which began the year at approximately $1.6 billion, has now decreased to roughly $398 million. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This decline has consequently impacted the overall TVL of the Curve Finance platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, <a href=\"https:\/\/defillama.com\/protocol\/curve-finance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DefiLlama&#8217;s<\/a> data illustrated a significant decrease in the platform&#8217;s TVL following a hack incident. The TVL plummeted from over $3 billion to around $1 billion. However, as of this writing, the TVL has recovered to approximately $2.4 billion, suggesting signs of improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Analyzing ETH&#8217;s staking landscape<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The decrease in the stETH pool&#8217;s size on <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/curve-finance-faces-uncertain-future-as-hack-spreads-fud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Curve Finance<\/a> prompted questions about the press time state of ETH staking. Insights from Glassnode revealed that <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/lido-interest-in-steth-wanes-whats-next\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ETH<\/a> continued to be staked, albeit with a recent decline in the influx of new stakes.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">How much are 1,10,100 CRVs worth today?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nevertheless, a notable number of new stakes were still being observed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of this writing, the volume of newly staked ETH amounted to around 54,000.
