But as the weeks passed, it seemed like the energy was starting to wane. The post-halving effect, which was once anticipated to bring positive trends to LTC, now faces uncertainty.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Is your portfolio green? These metrics were clear indicators of users&#8217; enthusiasm and hinted at a potential uptrend following the halving. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, in recent days, both metrics have taken a downturn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to <a href=\"https:\/\/studio.glassnode.com\/metrics?a=LTC&amp;category=&amp;m=addresses.NewNonZeroCount&amp;s=1655557527&amp;u=1690329600&amp;zoom=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Glassnode&#8217;s<\/a> data on new addresses, a decline in their creation was observed from the end of June. From its peak of over 400,000 in June, it decreased to around 200,000. The future remains uncertain as the network&#8217;s activity continues to fluctuate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Litecoin sees mixed funding rate<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to data from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coinglass.com\/currencies\/LTC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coinglass<\/a>, the market sentiment surrounding <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/litecoin-whales-unrelenting-in-their-accumulation-as-holders-increase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Litecoin<\/a> was rather mixed. Looking at the funding rate at the time of observation, it oscillated between negative and positive values. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although the positive funding rate had gained prominence by then, it signaled that traders were grappling with uncertainty regarding Litecoin&#8217;s trajectory.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This indecision among traders indicated that the price trend of <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/litecoin-what-does-chatgpt-say-about-the-future-of-digital-silver\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LTC<\/a> might experience some level of volatility. With traders unable to reach a consensus on which position to fund &#8211; long or short &#8211; the market was likely to witness fluctuations and unpredictability in Litecoin&#8217;s value.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>LTC gains momentum<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amidst the mixed sentiment displayed by traders through the funding rate, <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/litecoin-falls-below-90-as-sellers-gain-strength\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Litecoin<\/a> managed to make gains on a daily timeframe chart.
