Put together by the Stellar Development Foundation, Stellar noted it took significant steps toward the roadmap it built for 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Read <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/predictions\/stellar-price-prediction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stellar Lumens\u2019 [XLM] Price Prediction<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2023-2024<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/stellar.org\/blog\/stellar-development-foundation-q2-2023-in-review\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Stellar highlighted how the Anchor Platform has been adopted by several projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Deploying use cases all-round<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the quarter, Stellar announced that the Anchor Network, through the SEP-24, enables off and on-ramp services while improving the process of wallet connection. The report noted that,<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This makes it easier for projects to build on Stellar while decreasing development time and costs.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Besides SEP-24 and the Anchor Network, Stellar also provided its infrastructure for Circle [USDC] deposits and withdrawals on Coinbase. This has allowed both retail and institutional investors to get better access to stablecoins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the development, on-chain data <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.santiment.net\/charts\/Cgz5PUf8__sCl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">showed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that the stablecoin supply held by whales increased to 52.60. Additionally, XLM\u2019s social dominance has skyrocketed lately. Social dominance measures the share of discussions connected to a particular asset.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At press time, XLM\u2019s social dominance reached a yearly high of 1.75%. At press time, the token value had increased by 71.92% in the last seven days.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Where is XLM headed through?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On assessing the on-chain volume, Santiment revealed that it had risen to 1.19 billion. This suggested that a lot of buying and selling of XLM had taken place in the last 24 hours. With XLM at $0.166, then the volume sustaining its increase could <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px;\" href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/stellar-lumens-is-xlms-retracement-a-sign-of-bullish-exhaustion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">strengthen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the price action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, the funding rate over the last few days has been<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.santiment.net\/charts\/AHmiw_tZ__sCl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> oscillating<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> between negative and positive regions. Funding rates are periodic payments made between long and short-positioned traders that hold perpetual futures contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the funding rate is negative, it implies that shorts are paying longs to keep their position. So, in this case, the broader sentiment is bearish.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is your portfolio green?
