But the question is- How has the Hedera network faired in the last few days?<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Is your portfolio green? Check out the <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/calculator\/hedera-hashgraph-profit-calculator\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hedera Profit Calculator<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/will-hederas-eco-friendly-policies-create-strong-demand-for-hbar\/\">Hedera<\/a> blockchain was scheduled for a quarterly testnet update on 27 April. This means the upgrade would have taken place sometime in the next few days.<\/p>\n<p>However, the network recently announced that the update will not happen as planned. The decision is not expected to have much of an impact on the network.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">1\/ The quarterly Hedera testnet reset that was scheduled for Thursday April 27th, 2023 will be skipped. No action needs to be taken as a result of this decision. See below for more details.<\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Hedera (@hedera) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hedera\/status\/1649763778169380867?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 22, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>The decision will reportedly give developers more time to make changes to Hedera Smart Contract Service\u2019s previous changes. Those changes were introduced in v0.35.2 of the Hedera service release.<\/p>\n<p>The next update is scheduled for 9 May and it will be a mainnet update.<\/p>\n<p>HBAR maintained a significant amount of <a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/hedera-as-positive-developments-spur-network-will-hbar-rally\/\">development activity<\/a> in the last few days. This is because the network dominance metric spike was accompanied by a spike in the Binance funding rate in the last 48 hours, at the time of writing.<\/p>\n<p>This confirms a noteworthy HBAR demand uptick in the derivatives market.<\/p>\n<h4>Will HBAR bulls secure this opportunity?<\/h4>\n<p>The spike was also observed in HBAR\u2019s price action which registered some consolidation at the $0.059 price level just above the 200-day MA.<\/p>\n<p>The same price level demonstrated support in March.
