While many have praised the protocol&#8217;s efficiency and speed, concerns have been raised about actual participation with the token.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How much are <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1,10,100 ARBs worth today<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>Free is not always fair<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a 3 April <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/insights.santiment.net\/read\/arbitrum-after-drop-7261?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=twitter_arbitrum_after_drop_insight_mindrak_040323\/&amp;fpr=twitter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">examination of the ARB market<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Santiment revealed that Arbitrum had the potential to end up like a project who airdropped tokens to early adopters but lacked trading activity. Needless to say, this sounded surprising especially as Abitrum recorded <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/arbitrum-network-decoding-reasons-behind-daily-transactions-hike\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">transaction hikes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on numerous occasions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, the scrutiny of the activities showed that most of the volume existed on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uniswap&#8217;s [UNI]<\/span> Decentralized<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Exchange (DEX). This, in turn, implies that transactions on Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) have been ravenous. But the action could only be because of the perception that ARB had bottomed around the $1 region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Still, this set of investors did not seem committed to CEX trading activity or storage. According to Lookonchain, a whale recently bought $7.7 million worth of ARB and opted to split it between a DEX and CEX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A situation like this still reflects the aforementioned observation of notable CEX trading history. The report read:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe beneficiary community consists of small investors exploring the possibilities of platforms. They spend most of their time testing the creation of portfolio accounts and live in LAMBO&#8217;s hope.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result of this side-to-side participation, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.santiment.net\/charts\/xWLbKOe1__sCl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">positive sentiment<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the token was hit with a fall. At press time, the metric was down to 49.60. This meant that the feedback circulating on the social network was not splendid.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Is your portfolio green? The metric evaluates the market cap and realized to determine market profitability and fair value.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since the MVRV ratio was in the negative region, it means that most holders\u2019 portfolios were down.
