The recent rallies ended with lower highs with the same lower lows, resulting in a bearish pennant pattern. Bearish pennant patterns are trend continuation patterns so, a further drop in AAVE prices is likely in the next few days.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The RSI has been moving sideways after retreating from the oversold territory. This suggests that the sellers are still in control, despite easing selling pressure. In addition, the On Balance Volume (OBV) hasn\u2019t crossed the October threshold, indicating that AAVE is yet to record solid bullish recovery.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result, the bearish flag pattern could facilitate a trend continuation. The sellers may push AAVE lower. If sentiment on BTC also turns bearish, AAVE could fall further. Sellers can expect new support levels at $49.6 and $48.2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, a session close above $64.1 will invalidate the bearish inclination.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A confirmed breakout on the upside would allow entry into a long position with $70.7 as the primary target. The bearish order block at $86.1 and the 0.236 Fib level ($64.1) may also be secondary targets.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Holders suffer losses despite improved sentiment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<figure id=\"attachment_271794\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-271794\" style=\"width: 2048px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pasted-image-0-8-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-271794 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pasted-image-0-8-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"693\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pasted-image-0-8-1.png 2048w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pasted-image-0-8-1-300x102.png 300w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pasted-image-0-8-1-1024x347.png 1024w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pasted-image-0-8-1-768x260.png 768w, https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/pasted-image-0-8-1-1536x520.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-271794\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: Santiment<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An analysis of Santiment&#8217;s data revealed that AAVE enjoyed positive weighted sentiment at press time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, positive sentiment is still insufficient to protect AAVE holders from losses. The 30-day market value to realized value ratio (MVRV) remained in negative territory.
